About me

Hello! I’m Amy, I have been helping people to move and feel better since 2007.  I love what I do and learning about how I can do it better – I’m currently going into my 3rd year of studying Physiotherapy at UWE, Bristol.

When I’m not working/studying, I am usually outside running after my kids and dogs.

Amy was so knowledgeable and really explained things to me that I had no idea about from my surgery last year. The... treatment itself was so gentle and just right and I'm already feeling benefits only a day later. I just wish I'd found Peak Movement a few months ago.read more

Amy has been treating me for the last couple of years on a regular basis. As well has helping with general niggles to... keep me mobile and moving, Amy has been working on some abdominal scarring from recent surgeries. The results have been brilliant as the scars has softened and are much less visible. Looking forward to seeing Amy again as have missed my appointments during lockdown.read more

I have been attending the Runner's Strength class here for over a year and I totally love it. Amy mixes up the classes... and recently we have been lucky enough to use the gym equipment too. My favourite things in the summer washe tyre flipping outside but I also love using the battle ropes! There is always something new and no two sessions are the same. Regular attendance of this class helped me to achieve my half marathon PB earlier this year and I have definitely got much stronger. Amy is always on hand to ask if you have any issues or if you need and exercise adapted at all.read more

I would highly recommend Amy! I made an appointment due to suffering from painful SPD during pregnancy. She made a real... effort to learn the details of my issues and offered me lots of suggestions to aid me such as different exercises to try. After an hour of treatment I felt miles better and was able to move a lot more comfortably. Going to Peak Movement has given me a much better quality of life during pregnancy. The exercises that I have been given have really helped to. Thank you so much for all of your help Amy!read more
