First Appointment
for new clients- at The Wellness Hub Oxford, OX14 4EL
- Includes a comprehensive initial consultation, assessment, and then a movement/health session.
- Your first appointment will be tailored to your specific need with a goal focused plan set-up for you to follow in your own time.
- Allow 60 minutes
Follow-Up Appointment
for existing clients- Follow up appointments for existing clients to ensure we continue with your movement plan and move forward with your progression and recovery.
