Runners Strength and Fitness Class

Beginner to seasoned runners all welcome

Join us every Monday at 19:00 in Milton

However far or fast you run, this class will help you strengthen and improve your running fitness whilst having fun.

  • Autumn/Winter we are in the gym
  • Spring/Summer we aim to be outside as much as possible

Improve your running performance, longevity and enjoyment with our runners strength and fitness class that is delivered by me, Amy, your lovely Sports Therapist!!  Helping you to stay strong, prevent injury and recover from ongoing niggles.

Exercises can be adapted/modified to accommodate most injuries or conditions.  

Class is held at The Wellness Hub Oxford in Milton (near Didcot and Abingdon)
